    Non-Furniture Return / Exchange Policy At WoW e GO Stores, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if: Non-furniture items are returned within 90 days of customer receipt. A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below). Non-furniture items are returned in good condition—unused and unwashed. If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items must be returned to the store brand where the purchase originated or by mail (if the item was ordered online or by phone and received by mail). Purchases made outside the U.S. may only be returned to the purchase location. Non Returnable Items Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired. Live botanicals cannot be returned or exchanged. Proof of Purchase for Eligible Items Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase: Original Paper Receipt Gift Receipt eReceipt Original Packing Slip Gift Packing Slip Order Number Gift Registry Number We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up your original receipt using your Crate and Barrel Credit Card or major credit card used at the time of purchase, or the email address used to receive an eReceipt.

    How Do I Place an Order? It's easy. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box then click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout Now button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Cart or Checkout button in the upper right hand section of every page. When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Your Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly. Mail / Phone Orders: You can also place your order by mailing us at SMS +1 973 609 5358 How Do I Track an Order? You can track your order progress and delivery of items by clicking on Order Tracking. Order Tracking is also found at the bottom of every web page and in "your account" at the top of every page. The delivery services we use receive order numbers and tracking numbers from us at the close of business seven (7) days a week. If these delivery services do not have a record of your order, they may not have received these numbers in their systems yet. In that case, we suggest tracking your order again the following business day. Please note: Gift Cards, Swatch Orders, and some furniture items cannot be tracked online at this time. You may also mail us at sales@wowegostores.com for tracking information. Please have your order number available so that we may assist you more quickly. How Do I Pay For My Purchase? We accept a variety of payments including PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Click to pay, American Express. How will my order be packaget? All items that qualify (given size and bulk considerations) will be shipped in a standard Crate and Barrel logo box. During Checkout, you will be offered the option of packaging a gift in our distinguished black and white gift box with Crate and Barrel, and Other Brands grosgrain ribbon. At $5.50 per gift box, you can choose one box for all items or individual boxes for each item. Each gift box is carefully packed in a standard Crate and Barrel shipping box so it arrives in good condition. While some items may not qualify for gift boxing, we will gladly enclose a gift message free of charge with any order. And don’t worry, none of our items ship with price tags or pricing information. In fact, as a courtesy, any item(s) selected for a gift box or with a gift message will not have prices displayed on the packing slip. when will I receive my order? At WoWe Go Stores, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. These factors are used to determine the shipping method or methods selected for each order. Items ordered together may not ship together. Accessories and small furniture items ship via Standard Delivery and in-stock items will arrive at your door within 5-7 business days. Standard Delivery orders can also be expedited via Second Day and Next Day Air according to the chart below. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Larger boxed items may ship via Basic Freight Delivery and arrive within approximately 7-10 business days, in most areas. Deliveries are made to the door 1-2 days prior to delivery, our carrier will call to set up a delivery time frame Delivery will occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours only A responsible adult, at least 18 years of age, must be available to sign for the delivery You are responsible for unpacking, assembly and discarding of packaging materials Some delivery ZIP codes for our furniture may be eligible to ship via our Local In-Home Delivery service. You may set up the delivery date at the time you place the order or a Customer Service associate will contact you within 48 hours to book the delivery date The carrier will call you 1-2 days prior to delivery to set up a 3 hour delivery time frame The carrier will bring the boxes into your home and place them in the room of your choice A responsible adult, at least 18 years of age, must be home to sign for the delivery You are responsible for unpacking, assembly and discarding of packaging materials If you need to reschedule or cancel the delivery, please contact us at least 3 days prior to the delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee Please note that deliveries are routed geographically, therefore, we are unable to honor specific delivery time frame requests.     Can I purchase items for delivery out side of the U.S? Yes. Crate and Barrel offers convenient shipping to over 90 countries. What to Expect at Checkout: All product prices are shown in your selected international currency. At Checkout, the order total shown is all–inclusive to cover all costs required to deliver your Crate and Barrel order—and it’s guaranteed at the exchange rate in effect the moment you complete your transaction. For example, if you live in the U.S. but wish to ship a gift to a recipient in another country, simply choose your shipping destination, then set your preferred currency to USD. Your order total will be shown in USD at Checkout and is guaranteed to cover all costs. Note: Due to size and/or product restrictions, our global partner Borderfree cannot ship certain items to international destinations. To find out the eligibility of items that are unable to ship via BorderFree, you may inquire by requesting an International Quote for shipping. Simply complete our International Quote Form and we will email you a quote in U.S. dollars for the purchase and delivery of any item in our collection to anywhere in the world. Once your request is submitted, we will respond via email within three business days with a total purchase price and shipping quote.
